We WILL deal with your creditors

Your personal advisor will deal with any queries or questions from you or your creditors and will keep you and your creditors fully informed as each stage of work is carried out.

We will finally notify your creditors that we are acting for you and ask them to give us up to date balance figures on your accounts and to suspend all interest and charges.  We allow your creditors 28 days to respond to our request.

We will compile a statement of affairs on your behalf that will fully reflect your financial position at that time.  Once completed this will be sent to you to check that the information is correct and to make any amendments where necessary.  We will then send the statement of affairs to all your creditors with an offer of payment based on what you can afford.

From then on you simply have to make one single monthly payment to us from which we will make pro-rata payments to your creditors.  You will receive a monthly statement from us clearly showing how much we have paid to your creditors.

We will carry out a review of your financial situation when either you or your creditors request it in the event of you having a change of circumstances.
